Boulder City Youth Football
Welcome to Boulder City Youth Football's website!

Boulder City Youth Football is a self-funded organization which is operated by volunteers who
share the common interest of teaching our young players the game, developing them
physically and socially and preparing them for high school play.  Our organization is not
supported financially by the Clark County School District, Boulder City High School or Garrett
Middle School.  In addition to meeting the financial goals we have established this year, our
primary goal is to give our organization financial stability for years to come.  The funds
generated are utilized in purchasing new equipment, refurbishing existing equipment and for
costs associated with running our organization.

We again have added games to our schedule for the sixth grade team, thus allowing more play
time for our youth.  We purchased additional new equipment for the players and are allowing
each player to keep his jersey at the end of the season.  Our Poker Tournament Fund Raisers
have been a huge success in accomplishing our financial goals, along with donating funds to
the Boulder City High School Football and Boulder City Little League  programs.  This year will
also benefit from the spirit of our cheerleaders and our second annual BCYF Scholarship
dedicated to former BCYF players.

So, come on out to Boulder City.  Enjoy a hamburger, watch an exciting football game and visit
with your friends and neighbors.  And, again, thank you for visiting our website.

Go Jr. Eagles!

TWO OUT OF THREE AIN'T BAD!
8th GRADE CONFERENCE
STANDINGS
This may be our first disappointment of the year.  The 6th graders had a hiccup this weekend and
the7th and 8th graders stayed dominate.  Still, this is one of the most successful seasons for the
Boulder City Youth Football program.

There is not too much to say about the 6th grade team.  The boys fought hard and played the
whole game.  It just didn't end up the way we would of liked it.

The 7th grade game was really dominated by our Jr. Eagles, the score just didn't show it.  Our Jr.
Eagles really moved the ball well against the Warriors.  There were just too many penalties and
mistakes.  Take those away, we should have won by four touchdowns.  All that being said, what a
fantastic job by the defense.  Way to play boys.

Let's hear it for the 8th graders!!!  What an exciting experience.  The 8th grade team in this
program has never bet the Moapa Warriors, UNTIL LAST SATURDAY THAT IS!!!!  With the
tremendous play of our defense and fantastic play by everyone on offense, the game was a slam
dunk.  Offensively, Cade Knutson played great at quarterback making no mistakes and really
taking care of the ball.  The stud was Dustin Mantia!  This kid came out and showed what a
running back at this level is suppose to be.  Great job by all!!!  Score, 20-0.  Game over, baby!!!

Congratulations to all the Jr. Eagles.  Keep up the great work!!!!
